How does Club Fundraising work?

Enter your club details

You will see your new club dashboard 

Click on New Fundraiser


Choose how much money you would like to raise. Club Fundraising uses that figure to automatically create the number of digital cards to generate the required amount

Each card has 40 teams/tickets.

You will be provided with an email with a unique link to your fundraising campaign.

Send the email with the unique link to each player, pupil or club member.

Ask them to sell all teams/tickets on the digital card to their family and friends. 

When one card sells out another card automatically starts.

Each card has a $50 (AUS & US) or £25 (UK) gift card winner (depending on currency selected).

Each card generates $50 (AUS & US) or £25 (UK) payout to the club.

This process continues until the campaign amount required is reached.

Each card has an end date to drive urgency.


Tell your members and players the goal of your fundraising campaign by adding a description.  This description will be added to your digital card. 

When you finish and click create you will see a new campaign in your club dashboard.


You will receive an email from Club Fundraising with your campaign details.  


You can click on your dashboard campaign and it will take you to your digital card that you have created. 


You are now ready to engage your club members and players.


Send the email you received using your CRM tool or Club Management tool (the tool you use to communicate with your members and players regarding training or match day details) 


Keep an eye on your dashboard as funds are generated.
